National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th – October 15th) is here! In 2019, the U.S. Hispanic population reached 60.6 million, making up 18% of the U.S. population. Our Hispanic and Latinx neighbors make up a significant part of our Downtown Manhattan community and during this time, we honor the cultures and contributions of both Hispanic and Latinx Americans. To celebrate, we’ve compiled this directory with information about National Hispanic Heritage Month, businesses to support, music, books, and more.
