Our dynamic black box theater is available for hourly, daily, and week-long rentals. It’s a perfect space for productions, staged readings, developmental work sessions, or individual rehearsals.
The 14Y Theater is perfect for artists and content creators seeking a dedicated space to perform, screen films, rehearse, photograph, or film your project.
Our Black Box Theater is a blank canvas, the perfect place for your imagination to come to life.
- Approximately 40’ by 50’ of open floor space and over 20’ ceilings
- Back wall is masked with black velour, which may be opened to reveal a white bounce cyc
- Repertory light plot includes RGBA LEDs for the cyc and halogen general washes
- Basic audio playback included in Daily and Weekly Rentals
- Projection package available for an additional charge
- Marley Dance Floor available for an additional charge
- 2 choral-style dressing rooms & backstage bathroom
- Fully ADA Accessible for audience and performers
- Equity Approved for Off-Broadway contracts

| Tier 3 Workshop | 2-8 Week Lockout, price per week includes staff, lighting, and sound for 2 presentations per week. Additional presentations will be subject to added fees. | $5,000 per week |
