Meditation is a practice of focusing attention. This workshop will use breathing as the object of attention to develop the essential skills of sustained focus and concentration. PLEASE NOTE: All equipment provided. Classes are free for members except where indicated ($). Non-Members can attend with purchase of a Day Pass.
