Our classes are open to people of all ages and fitness levels and are taught by certified group exercise instructors. Popular types of classes include Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, and Zumba. See the full list below.

Group Fitness Classes
Breathe Strong (High Intensity): Combine breath work and high-intensity interval training for a fitness experience that boosts both body and mind.Suitable for all levels, with modifications available.
Cardio Blast (High Intensity)
Move to the music (or the beat of your own drum) while having fun and getting a great cardiovascular workout! Modifications and progressions will be demonstrated, so come and take this class at your own pace.
Fitness Fridays (Intermediate)
Get a full-body workout during this aerobics and strength training class.
Full Body HIIT (High Intensity)
Get a cardio focused workout with periods of high intensity bursts of exercise followed by short periods of recovery.
HIIT Strength (High Intensity)
Enjoy a high-intensity cardio HIIT workout along with strength training exercises. There will be some modifications offered but expect to jump, squat, and get down on a mat for a portion of the class.
Midday Exercise (Gentle)
Get your body moving, your blood pumping, and your mind in a good mood! Enjoy an upbeat workout with intervals of low-impact exercises, functional movements, strength training, total body conditioning, and stretching. We’ll all have fun while increasing our physical fitness.
Power Hour Body Challenge (High Intensity)
In this intense, high-energy class, you’ll challenge your muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance, improve your flexibility and coordination using weights and other equipment to get everything pumping, and torch some serious calories while having a great time!
Punk Rope (Intermediate)
Come join us for a mash-up of jump rope, bodyweight training, and fitness games. All fitness and skill levels are welcome. Jump ropes are provided.
Strength and Conditioning (High Intensity)
Start your morning off with a high-intensity class that targets all the major muscle groups with a combination of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and a core- strengthening mat workout. This class is for intermediate to advanced exercisers, comfortable with jumping, squatting, and lifting 5-10 lb dumbbells.
Adult Ballet (Gentle)
Learn as a beginner, brush up on your skills, or add as an adjunct to your current workout routine. You’ll work on technique, work at the barre for balance and development of strength, discipline, and flexibility, and move across the floor in choreographed sequences. No experience necessary.
Shake Your Soul (Gentle)
Relax your nervous system, energize your body, and awaken the soul through a powerful, fluid dance repertoire set to world music. A moving experience, which forms authentic connections, and allows you to meet your Self.
Strong Nation® by Zumba (Intermediate)
Push yourself beyond your plateaus using only body weight and moves similar to a HIIT workout.
Zumba (Intermediate)
Have fun, tone, and sculpt your body, while grooving to Latin rhythms.
New Parent and Prenatal Yoga
Recharge and center yourself. This is a time to focus on you with our little ones as partners! You’ll meet other families and watch your little ones connect as we focus on balance, awareness, and wellness. For new and expectant parents. Bring your baby under 12 months.
Toddler and Me Yoga
Enjoy adult yoga and stretching with our toddlers as partners! You’ll meet other families and watch your little ones connect as we focus on balance, awareness, and wellness. Please note only one registration for both adult and child.

Aerobics with Strength Training (Intermediate)
Enjoy a low-impact cardiovascular workout to increase strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility.
Get Fit (Intermediate)
Join us for low-impact aerobics, followed by strength training with an emphasis on a lower body workout (squats, lunges, deadlifts, and more).
Your Body, Take Charge! (Gentle)
Move your body! Strengthen, stretch, and sustain your body with exercises all derived from dance.
Sit ‘N Be Fit (Gentle)
Stretch and strengthen your body, get an aerobic workout, and learn the proper use of muscles and joints for a healthier and more flexible body. A complete body workout!
Barre (Intermediate)
Enjoy a toning, body-weight workout that includes high-reps and low-impact movements.
Classical Yoga (Intermediate)
Strengthen and tone the body using an integrative approach to yoga, physical postures, and breathing practices that support vitality and peace of mind. The class ends with a brief meditation practice. An open-level class, all are welcome.
Functional Yoga (Gentle)
Learn techniques to help develop a greater awareness of your body, working to build strength and balance, as well as increase energy. A yoga class to support your life!
Hatha Yoga (Intermediate)
Deepen your understanding of the posture and basic alignment in the body. This class guides you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind, and breath.
Pilates (Intermediate)
Open to all levels, this class will have you feeling invigorated with a sense of strength and peace in both body and mind. This mat class focuses on activating core strength, the elongation of postural muscles, and the awareness of breath to combat the stiffness and stress that often come with our daily activities. The class uses elastic exercise bands. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Pilates Fusion (Intermediate)
Enjoy a little barre, a little yoga, and a lot of Pilates! You’ll do plankwork, arm weights, and standing work for the lower body, and then transition to the mat for core, targeting the many abdominal muscles as well as thighs, glutes, and back.
Pilates (Gentle)
Join us for a full body sculpting class through Pilates movements. This class will focus on core and leg exercises.
Pilates Plus (Intermediate)
Combine traditional Pilates exercises plus other strength and toning modalities. This class involves the integration of strength, stabilization, and alignment. The skills you develop in this class will help with proper, protective body mechanics in everyday activities.
Strength Class (Intermediate)
Get a full-body workout, combining upper-body strengthening exercises with lower-body and core strengthening exercises. An advanced workout with the option to modify, this class provides strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination training all in one.
Sunrise Yoga (Intermediate)
Wake up your body with stretches, sun salutations, and the flow of the morning. The sunrise brings energy to the body and rejuvenates the nervous system.
Vinyasa Yoga (Moderate)
Get moving and increase flexibility. This class emphasizes basic postures and focuses on alignment. Open to all levels.
Juggling (Gentle)
Want to learn how to juggle? Already know how but want to work on your skills with others? We have balls, rings, clubs, and scarves, as well as plates for spinning and ribbon for twirling.
Midday Moving Meditation (Gentle)
Clear your mind and restore through breathwork, focused movement, and gentle stretches. Based on elements from Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi, Martial arts, and Transcendental Meditation, this class will leave you energized and refreshed.
Stretch, Flow, and Restore (Intermediate)
Begin the practice with yoga poses seated or reclined to release tension and stiffness, followed by a flow that connects breath with movement focusing on alignment and core strength. You’ll end with a guided relaxation meditation.
Sunrise Stretch (Gentle)
Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned enthusiast, this class offers a blend of gentle stretches and mindful movements to help you relax and unwind. A restorative and rejuvenating class designed for all fitness levels.
Tai Chi (Gentle)
Enjoy a workout that promotes balance, strength, grace, and flexibility. Tai Chi promotes a meditative mood with its “dance of quiet motion.”
Yoga Basics (Gentle)
Focus on postures and breathing practices, including gentle flow with breath. Suitable for all levels and all bodies.
